Key Info for the 12 Week CrossFit Challenge!

Start Date: 21 March 2022

Duration: 12 Weeks

Nutrition: 12 week self guided nutrition programme targeted at fat loss or muscle gain, including weekly emails and FB group for check ins and support.

Coach Support: Up to 5 CrossFit classes a week and 1 additional class are available to you with experienced Coaches and a monthly check in with a Coach. The additional class can be Olympic lifting, Hollywood, Calisthenics or CrossFit Competition Class.

Cost: A discounted price of £570 for the 12 weeks! Get in touch for other payment term options.

OR £225 every 4 weeks.
